Hello, world!

Tonto Turtle is a turtle. He doesn’t like all this new stuff like Object-Oriented Programming. He’d rather code in the good old way.

Furba Fox is a fox. She believes she’s very clever, and when she codes she uses loads of tricks and hacks. As long as it works, it’s fine, isn’t it?

Cretina Chicken is a hen. She’s not very bright. Actually she’s pretty stupid. She likes bugs and does her best to stuff her code with as many as she can.

Ganzo Gorilla is a gorilla. He’s got a much more evolved brain than the others and his thought is object-oriented. He’s bold but wise, and being a social animal he knows that tools he makes may be reused by other individuals of his community. He’s almost human.

Where should we start with this blog? Well, programming always starts from Hello world.

System.out.print("Hello, world!\n");

Turtle doesn’t like println.

Furba skipped this task: too simple for her.

System.out.println("hello world");

Chicken did it, but did it ugly.

System.out.println("Hello, world!");

Gorilla looks forward to coding more interesting stuff!

  1. There we go!
